FisherBroyles announces that Soren Lindstrom has joined the Firm in Dallas and New York as a partner.
Soren joins the firm from Alston & Bird where he was a partner. He leads an active M&A practice in a broad range of industries and has extensive experience representing clients in complex U.S. and international mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, direct investments, and other strategic alliances. He also represents clients in IPOs and other capital market transactions and frequently counsels management and boards of directors in connection with corporate governance and SEC compliance.
A Danish native, Soren is a founding board member of the Danish-American Chamber of Commerce and regularly advises Scandinavian and other European companies in U.S. legal matters, including M&A transactions and the establishment of businesses in the U.S.
Soren earned a JD and LLM from Aarhus University in Denmark, an LLM in European Law from King’s College London, and an MCL from Tulane University Law School.
