Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Fiona Steele has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the General Litigation group, which recently welcomed associate Heewon Lee in Los Angeles.
Fiona concentrates her practice on a wide range of general litigation matters. She has notable experience representing clients in complex litigation disputes and investigations in federal courts, state courts, and administrative proceedings. Fiona also maintains a diverse pro bono practice and is an active volunteer with Philadelphia VIP.
Fiona joins Blank Rome from Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP. She previously served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Judge Edward G. Smith and a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Joel H. Slomsky, both of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also worked as a legal extern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Fiona received her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College. During law school, Fiona served as an articles editor for the Villanova Law Review.
