Mind of the Virtuous Lawyer, a program being hosted by The District of Columbia Bar, is being offered on Wednesday, August 27. The course will be held at the D.C. Bar Conference Center, 1250 H Street, in Washington, DC, beginning at 1:30 p.m. and ending at 4:45 p.m.
Led by Jack Marshall, ProEthics Ltd, the class will explore such issues as destruction of client records, protecting client information, technology pitfalls, unexpected conflicts, responding to colleague misconduct and more.
