'Ethical Challenges In Legal Practice'

Stephen Gillers, the Emily Kempin Professor of Law at the New York University School of Law, this month will present a CLE seminar titled Ethical Challenges in Legal Practice on behalf of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (ABCNY).

  • Sarbanes-Oxley and the new SEC rules: what they have wrought;
  • Seven important conflict of interest rules to keep you out of trouble;
  • Some changes on the horizon from the recent ABA Model Rules Amendments;
