Eric Huang, a transactional attorney and litigator with an international focus, has joined Anderson Kill's Corporate and Securities Group as an attorney. He will practice in the firm's New York headquarters.
Mr. Huang, who comes to Anderson Kill from a firm based in Charlotte, N.C., has experience working in law firms in China as well as in the United States. His practice encompasses a broad range of matters involving international business, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and compliance. He has relationships with major law firms in China and counsels clients in both the U.S. and China.
Prior to attending law school in the United States, Mr. Huang practiced at the Jiangsu Zhu Hui Law Firm in Suzhou, China. There he participated in one of the largest bankruptcy cases in the country’s recent financial history and gained high-level experience working on other major bankruptcies and reorganizations.
"Eric is a highly capable lawyer with a cultural fluency and good working relationships in the world's two largest economies," said Jeremy Deutsch, chair of Anderson Kill's Corporate and Securities Group. "He will add a vibrant new dimension to our corporate practice."
