Holland & Knight has strengthened its Chicago Litigation Practice with the addition of experienced litigator Elin Park as a partner. Before joining Holland & Knight, she was a partner at Jenner & Block.
Ms. Park represents companies in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts across the U.S. in a range of industries, including retail and consumer products, energy, technology, insurance, financial institutions, manufacturing, real estate and hospitality. She handles contract disputes involving vendors, suppliers and contractors; defends companies in class action litigation; and advises clients in regulatory proceedings and investigations.
In the past few years, Ms. Park has been recognized as "One to Watch" by The Best Lawyers in America, a "Rising Star" by Crain's Chicago Business, one of "40 Under Forty: 2023 Illinois Attorneys to Watch" by Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and included on the Lawyers of Color Hot List.

Ms. Park is active in the legal and civic communities locally and nationally. She is a former president of the Asian American Bar Association of Greater Chicago and the immediate past vice president and current advisory board member of the Korean American Bar Association of Chicago. Ms. Park is an active member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and was selected to be a member of the Council of Korean Americans. She also serves as a fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago. Ms. Park was recently appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve on its Committee on Character and Fitness.
Ms. Park earned a J.D. degree from The University of Chicago Law School and a B.S. degree from Duke University.
