SEC and Capital Markets Update will provide attendees with insights into the latest developments in the financial regulatory reform, the capital markets, and the current economic climate and outlook.
Michael Breit, a partner at EisnerAmper, will be joined by Michael Littenberg, partner and corporate finance specialist with Schulte, Roth & Zabel, and Evan Klein, managing director of investment banking for Morgan Joseph, to discuss the Dodd-Frank Act, the most significant overhaul of U.S. financial regulation since the 1930s. They will also provide an update on the convergence of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and Section 404(b) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
