The North Carolina ACC chapter has scheduled a lunchtime CLE event - Getting the Insider's View on E-Discovery in North Carolina - for Thursday, March 25, from noon to 1:30 p.m., at the Marriott City Center in Charlotte.
Jon Berkelhammer and Rob Marcus of Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, the seminar speakers, were trial counsel in the cases that have established the current law in North Carolina Business Court on discovery of parties' email traffic and electronic data. In this session, attendees will learn from their experience the critical issues regarding discovery of email and electronic data.
