Duke Energy has named Kodwo Ghartey-Tagoe, who is State President in South Carolina, as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Ghartey-Tagoe replaces Julie Janson, who was appointed as Executive Vice President of External Affairs and President of the Carolinas region.
Michael Callahan, who is currently Vice President of Investor Relations, will succeed Ghartey-Tagoe as State President in South Carolina.
