This month DRI has scheduled its Life, Health, Disability and ERISA Claims Seminar.
The seminar will take place Wednesday, March 28 through Friday, March 30 at the Renaissance Chicago Hotel. Sessions will run from 1 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday and 7 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Friday.
This seminar is a forum for in-house and outside counsel representing businesses, insurers, employee benefit plans and fiduciaries. Topics include current trends and issues in life, health, disability and annuity litigation, issues recently addressed by the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as decisions from state and lower federal courts.
