DRI, The Voice of the Defense Bar, has been named one of seven of the Best LinkedIn Groups for Attorneys and Legal Professionals by The Court Technology and Trial Presentation Blawg. The blog is published by Ted Brooks, a well-respected trial presentation and legal technology consultant, author and speaker who has consulted successfully on several high-profile cases.
In making the selection, Mr. Brooks singled out DRI as one his favorites because “This group features a great deal of consistently good content from a nice variety of sources, along with updates to the DRI calendar.”
DRI recently added its 10,000th member making it the largest civil litigation group on LinkedIn. Its LinkedIn site is divided into eighteen subgroups by topics such as Women in the Law, Young Lawyers, Trial Tactics, Product Liability, Insurance Law, and others. Membership in the subgroups range from six participants to more than 1,100. Participants can always find good counsel, informed conversation, and plenty of networking.
