DRI Holds IP And Business Litigation ConferenceIn New York

The Voice of the Defense Bar (DRI) will present a two-day conference that will focus on Business Litigation and Intellectual Property on Thursday and Friday, April 15 and 16, at the New York Hilton, 1335 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.

The segments begin on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. and run through 5:15 p.m. followed at 6:00 p.m. with a Women's Diversity and networking reception and a general networking reception at 6:30 p.m.

On Friday the program begins at 8:00 a.m. and adjourns at 1:35 p.m.

Attendees will hear from seasoned litigators and renowned in-house counsel about techniques for trying, managing and resolving business disputes.Participants will learn about the latest developments and trends in intellectual property law and business torts, as well as gain insight into how to protect business and intellectual property assets while reducing costs and minimizing legal risks. The panel of corporate counsel and litigators will discuss discovery, trial and ADR strategies and cost-effective approaches to managing litigation across multiple industries.
