Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Mesut Korkmaz as a partner in the firm’s M&A practice area in Düsseldorf. Mesut joins the firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Mesut has a broad practice that covers large and complex private and public M&A transactions for financial sponsors, investors and corporate clients, core corporate advisory matters, corporate restructurings, capital markets and shareholder activism.
