Doing Business In Canada SeminarSlated For Both NJCCA, NY ACCA

The firm of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP this month is preparing a CLE seminar titled Survival Tips for Doing Business in Canada on behalf of both the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) and the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NY ACCA).

The NJCCA Blake Cassels program will take place on Wednesday, November 15 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Hilton Woodbridge, 120 Wood Avenue South, Iselin, NJ.

The NY ACCA session will take place on Thursday, November 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Century Association, 7 West 43rd Street, New York City.

At each program, panelists will cover key differences between U.S. and Canadian corporate laws, employment and labor laws and privacy laws, and provide an overview of Quebec's French language laws.

Speakers will include Michael Gans, Connie Reeve, Graham Smith, Gail Lilley and Michael Bantey, Blake Cassels, and in-house counsel representatives to be announced.
