Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its Private Client team in Denver with the addition of family law attorneys Diane Wozniak and Hannah Taylor, and paralegals Helen Grenillo and Lauri Burnup. Diane, who joins the firm as a partner, is a trusted advisor to high net worth individuals entering into and ending a marriage. The addition of this team enhances the suite of services offered to high net worth individuals and families and deepens the bench of experienced trust and estate litigators.
Diane works with individuals, families, and family offices on a range of pre-marital agreements designed to protect generational wealth. She draws on her business acumen to negotiate arrangements involving complex financial matters including business assets, trusts, and significant separate property. Through strategic negotiation—including mediation—she achieves creative, practical solutions that holistically address clients’ needs and avoid the increased stress, cost, and inflexibility of litigation. Diane also counsels individuals, families, beneficiaries, and corporate fiduciaries on complex trust and estate disputes, prioritizing negotiated resolutions. She is a tenacious courtroom advocate when disputes are intractable or require court intervention.
“We are thrilled Diane has joined our team of powerhouse women,” said Chelsea May, leader of the firm’s Private Client practice. “Our client base is growing and we’re elevating our services by expanding our trusts and estate litigation capacity with the addition earlier this year of partner Michelle Canerday, more recently of counsel Courtney Kelly, Maureen Mullen, and now Diane. Providing pre-marital and divorce services to high net worth individuals and families with complex, sophisticated estate and wealth management plans is another strategic priority for the team. Together with partner Megan Meyers, Diane will allow us to build a top-notch team of professionals to serve clients’ needs in this area.”
“I’m excited to collaborate with these talented women,” said Diane. “It’s refreshing to be part of a group that truly embraces teamwork and the importance of providing holistic support to clients. It will be rewarding to work with this team of skilled, empathetic listeners who share my approach that prioritizing clear, pragmatic solutions is essential during times of emotional upheaval.” Before joining Holland & Hart, Diane was a member at Sherman & Howard.
