Cohen, a distinguished litigator and former prosecutor, focuses on government investigations and white collar defense, representing global companies and individuals in complex criminal and regulatory matters. His extensive experience includes high-profile cases involving insider trading, corruption, securities fraud, and False Claims Act violations. He previously served as Deputy Chief of the Fraud Section at the U.S. Department of Justice. He joins from Walden Macht Haran & Williams.

Cohen earned his B.A. from the University at Albany, State University of New York, and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
