Biography of the new partners:

Santiago Miramon is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and has a specialization in Contracts and Legal Business from the Externado University and an LLM in Corporate and Securities Law from the London School of Economics. He is part of the Firm since 2017 and has been the Firm’s Corporate and M&A Director since 2022. Santiago has been recognized as Rising Star by The Legal 500 and as Associate to Watch by Chambers Latin America 2024.

Laura Mateus is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and has a specialist degree in Labor Law from the same university. Laura has more than 10 years of professional experience. She has been part of the Firm since 2015 and has been the Firm’s Labour and Employment Director sin 2022. Laura has been recognized as an Associate to watch by Chambers Latin America 2024.

Paula Vejarano is a lawyer graduated from the Externado University, she has a specialization in International Contracts from the same university and is a listed and qualified arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce of Medellin and Cali. She has been in the Firm since 2017 and has been the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Director since 2022. Paula has been recognized as Rising Star by The Legal 500.
