Dennis Coghlan has joined the Firm as a partner in the Real Estate Practice. He is based in the Chicago Office.
Mr. Coghlan has more than 25 years of experience working on commercial real estate and structured finance transactions on behalf of a wide range of clients, including commercial banks, investment banks, REITs, insurance companies, corporations, servicers, and institutional investors. He has led deal teams on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, construction and permanent loans, mezzanine loans, commercial mortgage-backed securitization programs, sale-leaseback transactions, leases, restructurings, workouts, loan assumptions, and remedies enforcement.

Mr. Coghlan earned his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois.
