Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Deniz Tschammler will join the firm’s Frankfurt office as a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. Tschammler advises pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, investors, and digital health providers on a variety of complex regulatory, transactional, and sector-specific compliance matters.

Tschammler regularly counsels domestic and international clients on the regulatory implications of transactions and collaborations, market entry and access, digitization strategies, and disputes with competitors and authorities. He also advises on industry-specific compliance and governance matters.

Tschammler will join Latham & Watkins from McDermott Will & Emery. He completed his undergraduate degree in Law at the University of Frankfurt, before receiving a PhD in pharmaceutical law from the University of Marburg and an LLM from Kings College, London. He earned an Executive MBA from the University of St Gallen.
