The Delaware Valley Corporate Counsel Association (DELVACCA) and its Corporate and Securities Law Committee will host a CLE meeting and lunch on Wednesday, May 9, at the offices of Dilworth Paxson, LLP, Liberty View, 457 Haddonfield Road, Suite 700 in Cherry Hill, NJ.
The event, sponsored by Dilworth Paxson LLP, will begin at noon with lunch, followed by the presentation, Environmental Insurance as a Risk Management Tool, ending at 1:30 p.m.
Speakers are Daniele Cervino, vice president and general counsel to Environmental Waste Management Associates of Parsippany, NJ, and John Heft, vice president of New Day Underwriting Managers, LLC of Bordentown, NJ.
They will address the following topics: types of product offerings, players in the marketplace, emerging risks and endorsements, the application and underwriting process and cost considerations.
