DELVACCA To Offer "MBA" SessionAimed At Women Attorneys

The Diversity Committee/Women's Programming Initiative of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America is planning a session titled Half-Day MBA Program.

The event will take place on Thursday, October 25 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, 10 Avenue of the Arts, Philadelphia.

The program will cover: research findings on women's participation on boards; current trends in directors and officers insurance; an overview of corporate investigations best practices, and an anatomy of a financial statement.

Although the program is geared toward in-house women lawyers, both men and women are welcome.

Speakers will include Vicki W. Kramer, V. Kramer Associates; Judith K. Spry and Stephanie Giammarco, BDO Consulting, and Natalie Licul, BDO Seidman, LLP.
