DELVACCA Seminar Will Outline Role Of Family In Employment Law

The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America will present a seminar titled The Growing Role of the Family in Employment Law: Family Responsibilities Discrimination, New State Definitions of Family, and the Maturing of the Family and Medical Leave Act.

The program will take place on Tuesday, May 15 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at the offices of Flaster Greenberg P.C., 1810 Chapel Avenue West, Cherry Hill, NJ.

This seminar will help members deal with a fast-growing, ever-changing area of employment law - family responsibilities discrimination and how to avoid claims, family and medical leave and common problem areas that spawn litigation, and the evolving definitions of family and spouse under protections offered by state and federal law.

Speakers will be Michelle Nofer, senior counsel at Siemens Corporation; Eric Tilles, assistant general counsel at Arkema, Inc., and Michael D. Homans, Flaster Greenberg.
