The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (DELVACCA) this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Top Ten Tips for Corporate Law Departments.
The program will take place on Thursday, March 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Maggiano's Little Italy, 205 Mall Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA.
This program is designed to educate in-house counsel about the ability to have insurance provide protection regarding disputes so there is no impact to the company's bottom line. The seminar also will provide policyholders with the potential benefits - and potential pitfalls - associated with insurance purchasing and the claims process. Leading policyholder advocates will share their insights in the following areas: The Purpose of Insurance; Timely Notice; Allies for In-House Counsel, and What to Do When Filing a Claim.
