The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (DELVACCA) is offering a CLE seminar titled Critical Issues in Structuring Successful Outsourcing Arrangements: What Every In-House Counsel Should Know.
The program will take place on Thursday, February 21 from 9 a.m. to noon at the office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, 1701 Market Street, Philadelphia.
What if the CEO or CFO of your company came into your office tomorrow and asked what you or the other members of the legal team know about outsourcing because your company was considering an outsourcing deal? Presented from primarily the customer perspective, this seminar will provide corporate counsel and business executives an understanding of best practices and key issues involved with structuring and negotiating complex IT and business process outsourcing transactions. Participants will come away with an understanding of the outsourcing process and present marketplace, how to navigate it or restructure an existing outsourcing relationship, and how to avoid the most common pitfalls and traps.
