The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel has planned a VIP Corporate Counsel Pro Bono Day: Small Business Counseling Clinic. The event is on Tuesday, October 25, at the offices of Morgan Lewis and Bockius, LLP. It will begin at 4:00 p.m. and at 7:00 p.m.
The evening is a pro bono effort to assist micro-entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia area with simple business advice. Prior to the counseling sessions, attorneys from Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP, will provide a continuing legal education seminar on the corporate formation of micro-entrepreneurs.
Volunteers must register by Monday, October 10, 2011, and plan to be present for the entire session.
