The Association of Corporate Counsel, Delaware Valley Chapter (DELVACCA), recently elected its roster of officers for 2009 to serve for a term of one year.
Elected as President was Todd A. Borow, Senior Corporate Counsel, Johnson Matthey PLC, where he focuses on commercial contracts, compliance and real estate matters. Mr. Borow joined the DELVACCA Board of Directors in 2003 and became a chapter officer in 2006. He is the youngest president in the history of the chapter.
Serving as First Vice President is N. Alexander Erlam, General Counsel, The Vertical Screen Group of Companies. He directs the company's legal affairs and is responsible for maintaining its compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Mr. Erlam co-chairs the Employment and Labor Law Committee of DELVACCA and as First Vice President has oversight of all of the practice committees, sponsorship and programming.
Thomas M. Molchan, Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, ARAMARK Corporation was elected DELVACCA's Second Vice President. At ARAMARK, Mr. Molchan is responsible for overseeing the legal operations of the company's major business units including its international units.
Serving as DELVACCA Treasurer is Eric A. Tilles, Assistant General Counsel/Manager, Ethics & Compliance, Arkema, Inc., where he is responsible for providing legal advice concerning all aspects of employment and labor and for the day-to-day management of the company's Ethics and Compliance Program. At DELVACCA he is also Co-chair of the chapter's Ethics and Compliance Committee.
Grace P. Manno, Interim Counsel, AmerisourceBergen Corporation is Secretary and Chair of the DELVACCA Board's Diversity Committee.
