The Delaware Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association (DELVACCA) is sponsoring a seminar on contracts and commercial law on Wednesday, June 23, at the Union League of Philadelphia, 140 S. Broad Street in Philadelphia.
The session will begin at 7:30 a.m. and adjourn at 11:30 a.m.
The program will provide attendees with an overview of commercial contract law and give updates on the latest cases and issues arising in the practice of contract law.
The topics include: executive employment contracts - advanced drafting and issues; contracts and compliance matters; corporate governance programs for reporting concerns; and what companies are doing.
The speakers will be from the co-sponsoring firms of Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel and Thorp Reed & Armstrong.
