On Monday, August 25, and Tuesday, August 26, The District of Columbia Bar will present a two-day seminar titled Mastering the Rules of Evidence, which is intended to help attendees master the federal and local rules of evidence while addressing procedures and trial strategies for dealing comfortably with evidentiary and foundational issues.
L. Thomas, Assistant United States Attorney, will be the course instructor.
Both sessions of the program will begin at 6 p.m. and conclude at 9:15 p.m, at the D.C. Bar Conference Center, 1250 H Street, in Washington, D.C.
