DC Bar Schedules Customs Law Seminar

What Every Lawyer Needs to Know About Customs and Customs Law is the titled of a CLE seminar planned for this month by the DC Bar Association.

The program will take place on Wednesday, April 18 from 6 to 9:15 p.m. at the DC Bar Conference Center, 1250 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.

This course offers a basic understanding of the substantive, legal, procedural and operational issues involved in importing merchandise into the United States. Intended as an introductory course for non-customs lawyers, or those new to the area of international trade or customs law, it also is suitable as a refresher course for those attorneys who occasionally encounter customs issues.
