DC Bar Plans Ethics Seminar

The DC Bar Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled the Virtuous Lawyer's Grand Tour: A Legal Ethics Adventure.

The program will take place on Thursday, December 27 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at the DC Bar Conference Center, 1250 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.

This seminar will take attorneys on a tour of the most recent developments and controversies in the world of ethics, from surprising discipline rulings (is plagiarism in a brief misconduct?) to bizarre ethics dilemmas (what do you do with confidences from two potential clientson opposite sides of the same case?). Within these real-life ethical dramas from across the country are important lessons, resources and caveats that every lawyer can use.

The instructor is Jack Marshall, ProEthics Ltd.
