L.A. Partner to Work Closely With Emerging Manager, Independent Sponsor Programs
Dayan Rosen, a skilled deal lawyer with experience advising lenders and private equity clients in acquisition financings, has joined McGuireWoods as a partner in downtown Los Angeles.
Rosen represents financial institutions, private equity firms and portfolio companies in leveraged finance and other transactions, including acquisition financings, middle-market debt financings, syndicated lending, asset-based lending, and cash flow-based debt financings.
Rosen joins McGuireWoods’ debt finance practice and will work closely with the firm’s private equity team and its emerging manager and independent sponsor programs. He comes to McGuireWoods after building a successful debt finance practice at a regional law firm headquartered in Southern California. He previously practiced at two Am Law 100 firms and served as a director in the legal department of UBS Investment Bank in Tokyo.

The firm will host its international Emerging Manager Conference May 16-17, 2023, in Dallas with over 700 emerging managers and limited partners across different strategies.
Rosen is the fourth partner to join McGuireWoods’ debt finance practice this year, following the arrivals of Jon Mooney in Pittsburgh, Alan Holliday in London and Jeff Goldfarb in New York.
