The Brink’s Company announced that Dana O’Brien will join the company as senior vice president and general counsel effective April 15, 2019.
Doug Pertz, Brink’s president and CEO, said: “We are excited to welcome Dana to the Brink’s leadership team. In addition to her many years of in-house counsel experience, she has a background in logistics and substantial expertise in handling legal matters on a global scale including regulatory compliance and mergers and acquisitions.”
Prior to joining Brink’s, O’Brien was senior vice president and general counsel at CenterPoint Energy, where she was responsible for legal, compliance, government affairs and internal audit. From 2007 to 2014, she served as chief legal and compliance officer at CEVA Logistics, where she led the global legal and compliance functions across a network of facilities in more than 170 countries.
