Osler is pleased to welcome Dan Shea and Jessica Myers as partners in the firm’s Calgary office.
The arrival of these two new partners is a further step forward in the expansion of our Calgary office.
Dan’s practice is focused on capital markets and private equity, advising issuers and underwriters on investment grade and high yield debt offerings, equity offerings and debt liability management transactions. He also advises companies and private equity sponsors on a range of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Jessica’s practice is focused on debt and equity capital markets and M&A transactions. She regularly advises issuers and investment dealers in the debt capital markets on investment grade and high-yield debt offerings. She has experience with a range of debt securities products, including medium term notes, high-yield notes, hybrid notes, as well as green, social and sustainability-linked debt products. Jessica has also advised on a wide range of M&A transactions in many industries, including power and utilities, energy and telecommunications. In addition, she regularly advises clients with respect to public company disclosure obligations, corporate governance, securities regulatory and stock exchange compliance matters.
Joining Dan and Jessica in the Corporate practice of the Calgary office are associates Ana Cherniak-Kennedy and Josh Mamdani.
