The Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America has scheduled a program titled ACC Ethical Issues, Crisis Management and More.
The session will take place on Friday, September 7 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Westin Stonebriar Resort, 1549 Legacy Drive, Frisco, TX.
A morning of breakfast and CLE programming will be followed by lunch and an afternoon of golf or spa activities, concluding with a late-day cocktail party and raffle.
The morning CLE programming will include Crisis Management for Corporate Counsel, featuring Spencer Barasch and David Washburn, Andrews Kurth, LLP, and Recent Developments and Ethical Issues for In-House Counsel, featuring Ray Guy, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
