Complex Financial Disclosure Requirements

Financial Reporting: Hot Topics and Trends will be sponsored by the New York City Bar Association on Tuesday, April 21 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Association of the Bar, 42 West 44th Street, NYC.

Designed for corporate and securities attorneys who help and advise clients with complex financial disclosure requirements, the program will provide an in-depth discussion of current issues, including the latest Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Accounting Standards Board guidance on topics related to the financial crisis, including fair value accounting issues, as well as the out-and-out latest in the progress toward international accounting.
