The Colorado Bar Association has scheduled a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Best & Worst Trial Tactics: The Judges Tell All.
The program will take place on Friday, March 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the CLECI Small Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.
Panelists will examine issues such as:dispositive motions, motions in limine, discovery disputes and issues, witness identification issues, effectiveness of status conferences, evidence preclusion, demonstrative/electronic exhibits, sufficiency of exhibit identification, witness preclusion, the importance of dress and demeanor, competency of counsel, assistance of counsel in facilitating a prompt ruling, and persuading the judge to change/modify a decision.
