Colorado Bar To Present Aviation, Space Law Seminar

The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) is planning a CLE seminar titled Aviation and Space Law.

The program will take place on Thursday, November 15 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

This program is designed for lawyers as well as other professionals who deal with issues in the aviation and space industries. Presenters will offer a broad overview of legal issues affecting corporate aviation transactions, environmental issues affecting aviation, and land use issues affecting airports. Participants also will learn about the latest cases dealing with air crashes, and what's new in space law (which involves satellites and other issues).

Among the speakers are Joanne Barbera, Cooling & Hebers PC; John E. Putnam, Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell LLP, and Rachel A. Yates, Holland & Hart LLP.
