Colorado Bar To Offer Replay Of Employment Law Seminar

The Colorado Bar Association will present a video replay of a CLE seminar titled 2007 Hot Topics in Employment Law.

The program will take place on Wednesday, December 19 from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the CLECI Small Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

Panelists will cover topics such as: Common Law Rights and Remedies for Employers and Employees; Statutory Restrictions on Competition and Restrictive Covenants; Pre-litigation and Litigation Strategies and Considerations; Introduction to Federal Employee Discrimination Law; Practice Tips When Presenting a Case Before an EEOC Administrative Judge, and Military Reservists' Re-employment Rights: What Employers and Reservists Need to Know About USERRA.
