The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) this month is planning a video replay of a CLE seminar titled New Pension Act.
The program will take place on Thursday, December 7 from 9 to 11:45 a.m. at the CLECI Small Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.
Speakers will examine the nuts and bolts of changes to the pension rules, with presentations focusing on defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, other pension law changes, and overview of critical tax-exempt organization changes.
