Colorado Bar Seminar Will Examine Basics Of Intellectual Property Law

The Colorado Bar Association (CBA)is planning a CLE seminar titled Fundamentals of IP Law.

The program will take place on Wednesday, May 23 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at the CLECI Large Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

Intellectual property law and practice touches many other areas of law, particularly business transactions. Transactional counsel routinely come into contact with important issues of technology protection and licensing, and brand protection and exploitation. This year's institute features a special one-day sequence of presentation specifically designed for in-house counsel and business transactional attorneys who are not IP specialists but whose daily work and practice requires an understanding of intellectual property.

Program moderators are Katy Reamon, Flextronics, Inc., and Natalie Hanlon-Leh, Faegre & Benson, LLP.
