The Colorado State Bar has scheduled a 40-Hour Mediation Training seminar for five dates in January - January 12, 13, 14, 22 & 23 - from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the CLECI Large Classroom, 1900 Grant Street in Denver.
The instructor, Judy Mares-Dixon, owner of Mares-Dixon & Associates and former partner with CDR Associates, has worked in the conflict resolution field since 1986 as a trainer, mediator, coach, facilitator, consultant, and dispute resolution systems designer in the U.S. and Canada and abroad. She mediates conflict disputes, collective bargaining agreements, sexual harassment, ADA and other EEO complaints as well as grievances, organizational conflicts, conflicts involving cross-cultural issues and public policy disputes.
