Colorado Bar Offers Seven Ethics Credits In A Day

The State Bar of Colorado has scheduled Ethics 7.0! - All Your Ethics Credits in a Day! for Thursday, October 8, from 9 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. at the CLECI Large Classroom, 1900 Grant Street in Denver,

This program offers lawyers the opportunity to earn all their CLE credits in one day and learn the critical information they need to make the daily ethical decisions that can impact a career. Attendees will be equipped with the knowledge to safeguard a career from ethical threats.

Among the topics under discussion are the attorney/client relationship, ethical issues regarding attorneys' fees with an emphasis on contingent fee agreements, non-litigation ethical issues concerning business transactions with clients, and a panel discussion on the topics presented throughout the day.
