Colorado Bar Association To Offer Annual Workers' Compensation Update

The Colorado Bar Association this month will present its 2007 Annual Workers' Compensation Law Spring Update.

The program will take place on Thursday, March 8 from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

Among the panelists are Joe M. Espinosa, senior trial attorney, Farmers Insurance Exchange; the Hon. Curt P. Kriksciun, Industrial Claim Appeals Office, Colorado Department of Labor; Kathryn Mueller, medical director, Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation, and Bradley R. Unkeless, Fogel Keating Wagner Poliodori & Shafner PC.

Among the topics to be covered by the speakers are Case Law Update, Apportionment, Average Weekly Wage, Impairment Rating Tips, Discovery Problems in Workers' Compensation Cases, Division Independent Medical Examinations, and Waiver, Laches, Law of the Case and Res Judicata.
