Colorado Bar Association Plans Seminar On New E-Discovery Rules

E-Discovery - New Rules and Best Practices is the title of a CLE seminar scheduled this month by the Colorado Bar Association.

The program will take place on Wednesday, March 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver. Video replays of the seminar will take place on Tuesday, April 3 in Denver, Colorado Springs and Grand Junction.

Speakers will address topics such as: E-Discovery: Surviving? Thriving?; Practical E-Discovery Issues - A View From the Bench; Best Practices in Records Retention and Enterprise Content Management: Responding to the New Challenges, and Electronic Discovery: Collection, Processing, Review & Production.

Speakers will include the Hon. Boyd N. Boland, U.S. District Court for Colorado; Thomas R. French, Thomas R. French PC; Dean A. Gonsowski, Xiotech, Inc., and Trent Walton, Electronic Legal LLC.
