The Colorado Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is offering its 2007 Ski & CLE! E-Discovery Amendments to the Federal Rules: In-House and Outside Counsel Perspectives.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, January 20. Participants will board the Winter Park Ski Train at 6:30 a.m. for a morning of CLE instruction focusing on the changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that went into effect in December, followed by skiing at Winter Park. The train returns at 5:30 p.m.
Speakers for the CLE instruction will be David J. Heller, vice president-risk management and chief compliance officer, Qwest, and Thomas W. Stoever Jr., Arnold & Porter, LLP.
The $50 fee includes lift ticket, snacks and CLE fees. Guests are welcome for an additional $50 fee.
