CO Bar To Take Musical Look At Ethics

The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) will present a video replay of its program titled The All New Ethics Revue.

The session will take place on Wednesday, November 14 from 9 a.m. to noon at the CLECI Small Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

This new program blends together the uniquely humorous musical skills of Colorado's Law Club with the insightful and thought-provoking oratorical talents of members of the CBA Ethics Committee. Topics to be covered in the revue include: billing and fees, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, deposing opposing counsel, witness preparation, trial tactics, discovery obligations, and pro bono obligations.

The program moderator is Susan Bernhardt, Netzorg McKeever Koclanes & Bernhardt LLC.
