The Colorado Bar Association has scheduled an employment law CLE seminar for Thursday, September 25.Two topics, Discrimination and Harassment, can be taken separately or together for an all-day seminar.
The discrimination portion will be held from 9 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. at the CLECILarge Classroom, 1900 Grant Street in Denver.The second seminar, harassment, is scheduled for 1:30 to 4:45 p.m. at the same location. At 12:15 to 1:30 a lunch break is scheduled for attendees who plan to stay for the afternoon session.
A simultaneous live webcast of each session is also scheduled.
Discrimination faculty includes Steven M. Gutierrez, Holland & Hart LLP; Theresa L. Corrada, Isaacson Rosenbaum PC; and Brett C. Painter, Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.
Harassment faculty includes Joan M. Bechtold, Sweeney & Bechtold LLC, Kathryn E. Miller, Littleton Alternative Dispute Ltd., and the Hon. Kristen L. Mix, U.S. magistrate judge, U.S. District Court of the District of CO.
