The Colorado Bar Association has scheduled a video replay seminar titled Rothrock on Ethics and Professional Conduct for Tuesday, December 16, from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Law Office of Baird B. Brown PC, 1250 E. Sherwood Drive in Grand Junction.
The seminar examines and helps attendees resolve the ethical and professional responsibility dilemmas that come up in day-to-day practice. Scheduled topics include current developments, recent cases, pending and recent rule changes, ethics opinions, multiple client representation, and the rules of professional conduct.
Author and presenter Alexander R. Rothrock, shareholder of Burns, Figa & Will, P.C., practices in the areas of legal ethics and the law of practicing law. He belongs to the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers and the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility, and he authored Essays on Legal Ethics and Professional Conduct in Colorado.
