CO Bar Seminar Will Offer Advice On Managing Commercial Litigation

Managing Commercial Litigation is the title of a CLE seminar planned by the Colorado Bar Association.

The program will take place on Wednesday, October 31 from 9 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. at the CLECI Small Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

Program highlights include: how to create a strong in-house/outside counsel team; responding to governmental investigations; managing electronically stored information for e-discovery - real-world what-to-do advice; tips for better formal and informal discovery; what to do when the case goes "public" - how attorneys can handle crisis communications; selecting the right economic expert for your case; using economic experts cost-effectively, and how to be more persuasive in commercial litigation trials.
