CO Bar Seminar Will Offer Advice On Drafting Commercial Leases

The Colorado Bar Association has scheduled a video replay of a CLE seminar titled 2007 Drafting Commercial Leases.

The program will take place on Thursday, December 20 from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the CLECI Small Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

Discussion topics will include: letters of intent; drafting for the differences between office, retail, and industrial leases; walk-through of commercial lease essential provisions; work letters and tenant improvement provisions; remedies and enforcement provisions, and property management issues in commercial leases.
